Using Webmail |

To access your online email client, navigate to http://mail.yourdomain.com. Do not enter the www., just mail. Then click on IMP-mail client. |

The Webmail login will appear, login using your email address and password. |

Once you login, you will see a list of emails in the inbox. You can click on any email to open and view it. The Webmail is a very feature rich system. You can do a lot with it and it certainly qualifies as a powerful contact management system. |

You can select a number of actions to take with an email. Reply to it, forward it, archive it, move it to another folder, download it, etc... |

The Webmail system has a calendar and task scheduling system in it. Add your contacts or import them. |

The Webmail system has an above average email composer. Quick access to contacts, attach files, and compose in plain text or HTML. |

All forms on your website that send email results, will send them to mail@yourdomain.com . This is an email address I set for you when I setup your hosting account. I can add email addresses for you at anytime, however I would suggest using as few boxes as possible. It's better to check one email address than 10. |

Throughout the Webmail application there are buttons with question marks on them. Click these buttons for specific help on the item you need help with. |
